Baltis cooked with special made balti paste, pieses of onins, green & red pepper and served in a thin, pressed-steel wok called a " balti bowl", a fascinating utensil which locks in the flavour and taste of the dishes. Biriani is a central asian most favouraite dish. It is a very rich and aromatic medium dish, consists of highly seasoned saffron rice, treated together with meat, chicken, fish, prawn, king prawn or vegetable in special butter ghee and served with vegetable curry.
